Materials & production management is an increasingly important area for Norwegian production companies. View Software AS offers two products for production – PRO M and VIEW MPS.

PRO- M

Pro-M which is a special tool for the industries Mechanical Industry and Surface treatment. Pro-M is used for planning, optimization and documentation of important value-creating processes related to: calculations, orders, purchasing / inventory management (logistics), projects, production plans, consumption registration (time / goods), post-calculations, shipping and invoices. The tool is also adapted for use at the operator level, with its own terminals, so that it can be run, if desired, completely paperless.

Some of the benefits of Pro-M:

Easy to make a calculation, which forms the basis for time / material consumption, which in turn provides a basis for the correct post-calculation.
Time registration for work and mustering, which ensures faster updating of calculations and progress.
Can drag in all types of documents, such as drawings, photos, emails and attachments, for storage where needed. This can, for example, be on a drawing / order, available for production.
Certificate management, batch number, batch / serial number.
Handles drawing revisions.
Easy status update on all levels.

The solutions offer the necessary overviews of today’s challenges, while at the same time meeting the future requirements for management. VIEW MPS gives you full control over value creation!

View Facility Management

With a good overview, you make better decisions and contribute to better management, operation and maintenance of buildings and properties. You get improved control over costs and revenues that increase profitability and competitiveness. All this is achieved through maximum space utilization and optimal maintenance of your property. View Software’s solutions have a strong focus on smart buildings and using sensors. With the use of sensors, you get a system that measures the objective conditions in the room where the users are located and which is completely independent of the building’s technical design, SD system and ventilation systems.

View Maintenance

The system is built with a low user threshold in mind so that you need minimal user training. This helps to easily spread the use, get more users which in turn provides a better basis for decisions and good maintenance. With View Maintenance, we want to increase the life of your machinery by up to 20%. If the service life of the machine park is 20 years, then View Maintenance will contribute to the machine park being able to reach 24 years, which is 4 years of profit before the machine may have to be replaced. By using the software, it will be possible to detect errors and deviations related to the technical condition of the machine park earlier. This means that you will be able to take maintenance action early, to prevent costly repairs and you will be able to plan the maintenance activities better and find time for maintenance so that it does not stop production unnecessarily.
