Our industry solution for craftsmen

This is the solution for you who are a glazier, plumber, carpenter – or run a form of craftsmanship. In addition to being a full-fledged finance and logistics system, we have in collaboration with our customers developed this solution to fit into your everyday life.

The solution is based on Visma Global which has advanced functions. From thorough reporting and in-depth navigation in the figures, to work roles for a better workflow. Electronic document management for archival documents such as contracts, budgets and accounts. There are service routines for receiving goods for repair – also with individual registration and history.

Efficient accounting functions

Easy access to details through “drill down”. You get electronic storage with full printing of bundle journals afterwards and simple selection tools in the questionnaires.

Documentation

Checklists can be filled in directly on mobile. Documentation with photos is stored on the mobile device and transferred to order.

Time registration

All time registration can take place on the handheld device. Both hours for both work, billable time and absence / holiday.

Invoice & Inventory Management

Control of the order flow from quotation to invoicing. Agreement order invoicing and eInvoice Visma Kredittopplysning. There is also support for handheld terminals for warehousing and sales.

Electronic document management

Boligmappa.no

ØB Entrepenør is also integrated with Boligmappa.no where you can create new customers, save your documents and also job documents (FDV). Here, public information about the home is linked together with documentation from the craft industry, and documents that you submit yourself.

Operation & control

ØB Entreprenør has square meter and circumference calculation during the order registration for use in calculating price. You can retrieve documents from the document center for re-invoicing with attachments, based on project number.

Framework agreements

In a separate screen, you can set up separate framework agreements for customers. This can be set both at item group level or at the individual item.

Surcharge and Discount

Many contractors are used to operating with surcharges on prices. Here you can choose whether you want to use a surcharge, give a discount or set a fixed agreed price for a product

Fixed price order

On a fixed price order, hours and goods are registered in the usual way. These will not be printed on the invoice and the cost prices are only taken into account in relation to a post-calculation. You thus have full control over what contribution margin you have on the order. On the invoice, only the fixed price item will be printed with the agreed price you have entered.

Autofakt

The solution has read-in from most wholesalers who support the autofact format. During loading, the goods can be transferred to an order or warehouse. One can also transfer to accounting or via document center.

Product and price lists

With the import function for the EFO / NELFO format, you always have updated and complete product and price lists from the wholesaler.

Project reports

With our project reports, you always have an overview of all income and expenses per. project. It is also easy to get these into Excel for further processing.

SMS

The possibility to send an SMS to a customer from the order picture in ØB Entreprenør.
